LTCO’s Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services provides our seniors with the transportation
needed to get to and from their medically necessary appointments. The transportation is covered under the
Medicaid program and available to seniors who do not have any other means of transportation available.
Our NEMT services provides transportation in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR)
(42CFR431.53), for the purpose of
- Medical treatment
- Medical evaluations
- Obtaining prescription drugs
- Obtaining medical equipment
